Schneider Electric is seeking an Advanced Product Owner for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) to lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and market-facing initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to shape pricing, positioning, and launches, ensuring the portfolio stays competitive and delivers customer value.

The role requires deep technical and business acumen, strong cross-functional influence, and a willingness to travel.

Formación

• BS in engineering required; mechanical and/or electrical engineering preferred.
• 5+ years prior technical experience in the power, controls, or electric distribution industry preferred.
• 3+ years experience in product management, product development, applications, sales, or technical marketing preferred.
• Interest in technical, business, and marketing principles with a desire to advance studies (MBA, MS in Engineering Mgmt).
• 15% travel for internal/external meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle and performance of transfer switch offerings, from concept to sunset.
• Review pricing and profitability to maximize returns and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute launch, announcement, and marketing plans with marketing and sales teams.
• Gather Voice of Sales, Customers, Services for changes to offers.
• Create business cases summarizing effort, costs, and value for prioritization.
• Develop forecasts and ramp plans for new and End-of-Life offers.
• Balance offer requirements based on business and customer needs.
• Communicate vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive prioritized initiatives through development processes.
