You will collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to craft curricula and learning content that aligns with organizational goals. The role emphasizes leadership development, advanced technical content, and effective evaluation methods to measure impact on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field with 4+ years of related experience; or 8 years combined experience/education.
• Master's degree in HR, Business/Management, Communications, or ID with 3–5 years training experience.
• Experience creating online learning content and curricula in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to design and implement training programs.
• Direct analysis and implementation of learning plans for leadership and expert content.
• Organize learning content into a competency framework and maintain alignment.
• Evaluate talent development offerings and ensure objectives are met.
• Evaluate behavioral changes using designed assessment methods.
