Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Signals Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for traffic signals, ITS, illumination, and related civil work. You will supervise Foremen and multiple crews, ensure plan adherence, and coordinate with project management and agencies to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

You will drive field safety culture, manage high-risk activities, and ensure QA/QC across foundations, wiring, and cabinet installations while coordinating with survey,

Qualifications

• Progressive field leadership experience in traffic signal or electrical/civil construction.
• Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, and signal-system specs.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, safety, and field operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for traffic signal, ITS, and related civil work.
• Enforce plans, drawings, and standards; coordinate utilities and trenching.
• Plan sequences of work and ensure safety, QA/QC, and testing readiness.
• Direct Foremen and crews; manage equipment and materials to protect schedule.
• Coordinate inspections, energization, and final acceptance with agencies.
