Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a field crew installing and maintaining traffic signal infrastructure. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.

The role requires four years of related construction experience, ability to read plans, and proficiency with tools. CDL Class A preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum four years combined experience as a Crew Member / Laborer, Construction Technician I, and Construction Technician II.
• Must be able to read plans and schematic diagrams.
• Must be proficient with basic and specialized hand tools and power tools.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to program/set up controllers and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of traffic signal infrastructure.
• Supervise and train subordinate employees on the project.
• Assist Project Manager with material ordering, scheduling, and utility locates.
• Complete required personal and project paperwork and maintain safety and PPE.
