Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies seeks a Superintendent to lead field foremen and crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects. You will enforce safety regulations and keep customers updated on schedules and resources, reporting to the central office regularly.

The role requires at least six years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with plans, tools, and advanced computing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six years of combined related experience, including specific Construction Technician I/II and Foreman I.
• Must be proficient reading plans and schematics and with advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of field foremen and site crews on traffic signal and roadway projects.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety regulations.
• Communicate schedule and resource updates to central office and customers.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinate personnel assigned to projects.
• Assist with material ordering, scheduling, permits, and utility locates.
• Maintain required certifications, licenses, and tools.
