Qualifications

• LIUNA membership with journey person classification and applicable CBA.
• Knowledge of Caltrans MUTCD and ability to read TCPs and permits.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise job site and lead traffic control crew.
• Develop work zone setups, flagging, lane closures, detours.
• Ensure safety and compliance with MUTCD guidelines.
• Onsite client contact and performance evaluations.
