Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field, preferred
• At least 7 years of related commercial construction work experience
• Has been the lead preconstruction manager on several projects
• Has led others as team leader and has worked to develop and coach others

Aufgaben

• Reports to VP of Preconstruction or Preconstruction Executive
• Directly supervises preconstruction managers, assistant managers and project engineers
• Provide complete preconstruction services to clients and operations teams with minimal oversight
• Lead multiple project teams in all aspects of bid and budget deliverables
• Participate in the hiring and termination process
