Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction operations or commercial management with senior leadership.
• Experience leading multi-region portfolios and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial team across regions to standardize workflows.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and buyout processes with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Procore and contract controls.
• Drive cross-regional performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align with project timelines.
