Job summary

JPI, a leading real estate developer and builder, is seeking a Commercial Lead for our Dallas Operations Support Center. You will manage subcontractor contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project budgets from pre‑start through closeout, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will validate SOWs/SOVs, set up contracts, and ensure all documentation is uploaded to Procore. The role requires strong procurement, cost control, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a business or professional setting; executive support experience is a plus.
• Experience in construction project administration and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate SOWs and SOVs for each trade.
• Coordinate contract setup and buyout with subcontractors.
• Manage change orders and ensure documentation in Procore.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and GMP cost codes.
• Close out projects with liens, warranties, and final payments.
