Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction; 6 months to 1 year related work experience.
• Must be PC proficient including Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willingness to learn Procore and other construction software.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s Culture and Guiding Principles.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in managing subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
• Update and monitor construction documents with changes through Procore.
• Ensure safety compliance per OSHA and company policies; maintain accurate records.
• Record meeting minutes and file them in Procore; circulate notices and updates.
• Prepare and maintain documents required for project close-out.
