• Conduct ITAR/EAR export JC classification reviews for hardware, software and data.
• Review supplier and OEM JC determinations for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management and legal to ensure proper export classifications.
• Draft CJ/CCR/CCATs for BIS submission and maintain compliance records.
• Support licensing applications and advise on export control requirements.
• Explain export control concepts to internal teams and suppliers.
• Assist with design-for-export concepts and audit responses.
