Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Trade Compliance to determine jurisdiction/classification for ITAR/EAR and HTS/Schedule B, supporting licensing and international shipments. The role requires coordinating CJ/CCR/CCAT processes and guiding engineering teams on export controls.

The candidate will chair the Trade Compliance Engineering Council, develop training, and deliver reporting on export/import activity across the enterprise. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with significant regulatory experience in ITAR/EAR and export controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform jurisdiction and classification determinations under ITAR/EAR.
• Manage CJ/CCR/CCAT processes with DDTC/DTSA/BIS.
• Provide export classifications to support licensing and international shipments.
• Review supplier and OEM classifications and advise on export controls.
• Lead Trade Compliance Council meetings and develop training materials.
