Responsibilities

• Act as the Empowered Official for the sector-level Trade Compliance program.
• Oversee export/import compliance per ITAR, EAR, and CBP regulations.
• Develop and execute trade compliance training for stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory reporting to authorities.
• Investigate non-compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
• Ensure licenses align with revenue recognition policies and export controls.
• Collaborate with other functions to align trade laws with business goals.
