Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled trade compliance professional to support international business activities in accordance with federal regulations.

You will train staff on ITAR/EAR and perform denied party screenings to resolve matches, while preparing export/import documentation and managing DoS/DoC authorizations. The role includes conducting internal control audits and assisting with external government audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of trade compliance experience, or 6 years in lieu of a degree
• Ability to navigate and interpret complex regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements supporting international business activities in line with federal regulations
• Train personnel on U.S. trade compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR
• Conduct denied party screenings and resolve potential matches
• Prepare export and import shipment documentation
• Apply for and manage DoS and DoC authorizations
• Conduct internal control audits and support external government audits
