Responsibilities

• Conduct jurisdiction and classification determinations (ITAR/EAR) for export/import controls.
• Manage CJ/CCR/CCAT processes with DDTC/BIS/DTSA.
• Provide export classifications to support licensing and international shipments.
• Review supplier and OEM classifications for compliance.
• Support design-for-export efforts with engineering teams.
• Oversee recordkeeping for determinations per regulations and policy.
• Review and approve transfers of export-controlled information internationally.
• Lead Trade Compliance Engineering Council meetings and maintain minutes.
