TSP talent is seeking a track design engineer to lead passenger rail and transit project work in New York. You will prepare track plans, specifications, quantities and engineering calculations to meet project requirements and standards.

Responsibilities include developing alignments and special trackwork, using OpenRail Designer for models, guiding teammates, and performing occasional field inspections to ensure design integrity and on-time delivery in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in passenger rail/transit track design and engineering calculations.
• Proficiency with OpenRail Designer for track design and modeling.
• Ability to develop alignment and special trackwork design solutions.
• Leadership skills to guide and collaborate with a design team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed track design deliverables including plans, specs, quantities, and calculations.
• Develop track alignments and design special trackwork.
• Use OpenRail Designer to create design models and support engineering outputs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Perform occasional track inspections and related field work as needed.
