Job summary

Nuro is hiring a lead TPM for the AI Platform organization behind its Level 4 autonomous driving system. The role combines TPM leadership with ownership of programs spanning data, training, simulation, evaluation, onboard and cloud services.

You will lead TPMs, drive cross-functional programs from vague goals to concrete plans, and coordinate requirements, testing, release gates, and rollout readiness with engineering, product, operations, and partners onsite.

Qualifications

• Technical program leadership experience with AI, autonomy, robotics, or complex software platforms.
• Ability to manage teams while driving cross-functional programs.
• Strong judgment on dependencies, release readiness, testing and deployment risk.
• Comfort working onsite with engineering, product, operations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach TPMs supporting AI Platform programs.
• Drive high-priority autonomy programs from ambiguous goals to execution.
• Coordinate requirements, interfaces, testing, release gates, and rollout readiness.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, external partners, and vehicle manufacturers.
• Surface dependencies, blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team tradeoffs.
