Job summary

You will ensure safe, code-compliant work, review project plans, coordinate with managers, mentor technicians, and keep precise records of materials and progress for clients and internal teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tower foreman or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of tower construction and maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tower technicians in construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Train and mentor new tower technicians.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all team members are following proper safety protocols.
• Perform tower inspections and maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction or maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Communicate project updates and progress to project managers and clients.
