Job summary

You will climb towers up to 500 feet, perform site surveys, troubleshoot issues, document work, and collaborate with teammates to meet schedules. Overnight travel and on-call duties may be required as part of service continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2+ years in tower climbing and wireless infra.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to climb and work at heights up to 500 feet.
• Knowledge of tower safety standards and procedures.
• Experience with microwave, antennas, and tower equipment installation/maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call as needed.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Tower Technician to join our team in Somerset, Wisconsin. The Tower Technician will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in tower climbing and a strong understanding of wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wireless communication towers and related equipment
• Climb towers and perform work at various heights, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with tower equipment
