Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews on tower construction, maintenance, lighting, antenna, and RF line projects. We perform work for wireless carriers, utility companies, broadcasters, and government/public safety customers throughout Colorado and the surrounding region. The majority of our current workload is in Colorado, though occasional regional travel may be required for projects in Nebraska, Wyoming, and nearby areas. We have shop locations in Ault, CO and Grand Island, NE, but this is primarily a field-based role. Crews typically dispatch directly from home to job sites using company-provided vehicles, with occasional shop reporting, material pickup, or staging as needed.
This role is intended for more than just a traditional Tower Foreman. As a small and growing company, we are looking for someone who can step into a broader leadership role within the organization, help improve field operations, mentor technicians, uphold quality and safety standards, and grow with the company over time.
The Tower Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade of communication towers and related equipment. Work may include tower lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, mounting hardware, grounding, cabling, equipment installation, site maintenance, and related telecom infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Foreman is expected to work alongside the crew while also managing jobsite safety, productivity, quality, communication, and daily execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
This experience is preferred, not required. Candidates with strong technical ability, leadership potential, safety awareness, and relevant telecom/tower experience may still be considered.
This is an in-person, field-based position with travel to various job sites. Regular office attendance is not required, but occasional reporting to a company shop, supplier, or staging location may be necessary depending on the job.
