Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 4 or more Maintenance Technicians in the same production area.
• Owns Maintenance Support processes within the area.
• Ensures safe production and maintenance practices.
• Collaborates with Planning to meet the production plan.
• Troubleshoots process issues and reduces downtime and costs.
• Monitors equipment performance to prevent repeat failures.
• Leads process improvement projects and participates in technology transfer and capacity expansion.
• Develops first and second line maintenance on equipment.
