Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician III (3rd Shift) in Windsor, CO to provide technical support for production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and lead Maintenance Tech I/II staff. This role requires strong hands-on skills and the ability to manage priorities during the shift.

You'll train staff, maintain training records for cGMP standards, and collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in production maintenance with hands-on responsibility.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP environments preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance of production equipment.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Lead Maintenance Tech I and II staff and train others.
• Assist with process/product layout, design and equipment installation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order materials.
