Job summary

Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, is seeking a Manager of Tooling Engineering to build and lead a team responsible for design, development, and implementation of precision tooling systems for large-scale production.

You will set technical direction across tooling for high-load, high-temperature environments, own the delivery across the full production lifecycle, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and automation to launch new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience leading engineers or as a senior technical lead in tooling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling for large-scale parts.
• Proficiency in FEA and 3D modeling/simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team of tooling engineers.
• Set the technical strategy and roadmap for tooling for large components.
• Own delivery and quality of tooling programs across the production lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, automation, and programs to align tooling with production goals.
• Manage vendor relationships to source and implement tooling systems on schedule and budget.
• Establish standards and reviews for tooling analysis, documentation, and validation.
