Qualifications

• 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of children.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
• Lead activities indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
