Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in California. You will care for infants and toddlers, implement our proprietary curriculum, and partner with families to support development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units and 3 units related to Infants and Toddlers (Required).
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
