Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to support the daily operations of one of our thrift stores. You will help manage opening, ongoing operations, and closing tasks while representing our nonprofit mission with enthusiasm.

You’ll compile daily sales, assist in banking deposits, and provide training to other staff. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
