Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to support our mission by selling donated items in one of our thrift stores. You will help customers, keep the store organized, and contribute to funding our youth programs.

This on-site position requires customer service skills, the ability to work weekends, and a willingness to operate cash registers and loading equipment. Join a caring team dedicated to hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho.

Our Thrift Store Associate:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
