Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Lead Donation Processing Clerk in our thrift stores to help manage donated items from receipt to sale, with profits funding our youth programs.

This role requires weekend availability, enrollment in high school or a HS diploma, and strong customer service to WOW donors. You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch, sort and price merchandise, supervise daily opening and closing, and train store staff.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our donors!
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store.
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees.
