Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead Thin and Thick Film operations within the Advanced Product Center. You will guide Technical Support and Production teams, set daily objectives, and manage labor and budgets to support RF Microelectronics products.

You will drive continuous improvements using Lean/Six Sigma, partner with engineering and quality teams, and mentor staff to achieve high performance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in related fields
• Advanced degree with 3+ years experience preferred
• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor or advanced manufacturing
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Thin and Thick Film areas
• Lead a team of Technical Support and Production staff; set expectations
• Establish and execute daily objectives aligned with factory goals and budgets
• Manage area labor and overhead budgets, overtime and staffing levels
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning and facilities
• Ensure compliance with policies, work instructions and safety standards
• Drive throughput, yield and cycle-time improvements using Lean methods
• Contribute to hiring, promotions and performance evaluations
• Lead work scheduling and resource prioritization for reliable workflow
• Develop employees to strengthen operator and technician proficiency
• Communicate status and escalations to leadership and partners
