Job summary

RTX's McKinney, TX facility seeks a Senior Supervisor for Thin and Thick Film manufacturing in the Advanced Product Center. You will lead Technical Support and Production teams, set objectives, manage budgets, and drive Lean improvements to improve throughput, yield, and cycle times.

Requirements include a university degree with 5+ years in aerospace/defense or related high‑reliability manufacturing, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace/defense or high‑reliability manufacturing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading production teams and driving safe operations.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Thin and Thick Film manufacturing areas.
• Lead a team of Technical Support and Production employees; set performance expectations and accountability.
• Manage area-level labor and overhead budgets including overtime and staffing levels.
• Drive improvements in throughput, yield, and cycle time using Lean methodologies.
• Communicate status and escalations to leadership and partnering organizations.
