Qualifications

• Eligible for state licensure or credentials in Wisconsin.
• Training in NCI and CPR within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely records.
• Ensure ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Report suspected abuse per state laws and facility policy.
