Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Therapeutic Coach Team Leader to provide clinical oversight and mentorship within the START framework. You will guide a team of Therapeutic Coaches, ensuring fidelity to the model and compassionate service delivery to individuals with IDD and co-occurring needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Therapeutic Coaches through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Monitor caseloads to ensure clinical guidelines and program fidelity.
• Lead ongoing professional development and START philosophy training.
• Provide strengths-based clinical coaching to a small caseload.
• Conduct initial therapeutic assessments and develop person-centered plans.
• Implement Cross-Systems Crisis Prevention and Intervention Plans.
• Deliver post-discharge support after inpatient treatment.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop community partnerships and service linkages.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and SIRS; complete trainings.
