Job summary

RTX, based in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking an experienced engineer to develop Manufacturing Data Packages and support test hardware/software in production environments. You will collaborate with test engineers, troubleshoot processes, and maintain test equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires a STEM degree with extensive hardware testing experience, the ability to interpret schematics, and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with related experience.
• 5+ years of hardware testing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions and labor standards.
• Collaborate with test development engineers on hardware/software.
• Support manufacturing with process troubleshooting and maintenance of test equipment.
• Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and cycle time.
