Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking a Test Software/Hardware Integration Asc Manager to lead a cross-disciplinary team delivering automated spacecraft/missile testing solutions. You’ll oversee software/hardware integration efforts, guide team growth, and align efforts with program priorities.

This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5+ years in related roles, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage customers and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university
• Project Engineering/Management experience for hardware-software integration projects
• Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers with competing priorities and differing expertise requirements
• Test software development, hardware-software integration, test engineering experience
• Knowledge of software and systems engineering principles and requirement validation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the proven ability to communicate to customers, management, and support organizations in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to build effective relationships and interact with multiple high profile/high level customers
• Project estimation for agile execution and delivery of products
• Must be a United States citizen

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with organizational and program leadership to anticipate test equipment and automation needs.
• Determine priorities for team’s efforts based on changing requirements, budgets, and schedules across many projects.
• Be responsible for leading and developing the team to fill skill gaps, grow critical skills, and manage performance through Full Spectrum Leadership.
• Be responsible for recruiting, training, career mentoring, and performance management of individual contributors.
• Coordinate and work with other test design team leaders to ensure a complete working solution
• Work with a wide range of LM Space program stakeholders to understand requirements, provide cost estimates for services, and help refine solutions with the team.
• Generally, has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
