Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking a Software DevOps Integration & Testing Associate Manager to lead software integration, testing, and formal software qualification activities across programs. You will coordinate subordinate staff, drive test planning, and ensure compliance with standards before deployment.

The role requires experience in software engineering, leadership, embedded testing, and strong V&V knowledge, with familiarity in test automation and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering focused on integration, testing, or software qualification.
• Leadership experience in roles like Test Lead or Product Owner.
• Experience testing embedded software, RTOS, or HWIL environments.
• Strong understanding of FQT, regression testing, and V&V processes.
• Experience tracking test metrics, managing test execution schedules, and delivering formal test reports for complex programs.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software integration, testing, and formal software qualification activities.
• Oversee the design, development, documentation, and testing of software.
• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and salary/recognition actions.
• Ensure software quality, reliability, and qualification standards are met before deployment.
• Apply appropriate standards, verification processes, and testing tools throughout the life cycle.
• Apply knowledge of hardware/software architectures and test automation frameworks to validate software functionality.
