Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer Associate Manager to lead the assembly, integration, and testing of hardware systems for the Long Range Hypersonics Weapon program. You will provide technical direction across development, production, and post-production phases.

You will manage in-house and COTS/GOTS components, coordinate staff, and develop test plans and schedules, ensuring all requirements, schedules, and costs are met while working onsite at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, integration, and testing of hardware systems for defense programs.
• Provide technical direction across development, production, and post-production phases.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of staff.
