Job summary

The Bellevue School District is seeking Test Proctor(s) for 2026 to support daily exam administration across Bellevue schools. Proctors work under the Program Coordinator to ensure testing sessions run smoothly and securely for all students.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proctors oversee testing sessions and ensure exam procedures and security requirements are followed.
• Prepare and arrange testing rooms according to testing requirements.
• Retrieve, organize, and secure testing materials prior to and during test administration.
• Use BSD issued laptop and testing platforms to complete administrative tasks (attendance, check-in, session management, incidents).
• Read and follow standardized testing scripts and procedures.
• Monitor students to maintain a secure, standardized testing environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all testing materials and student information.
• Provide approved testing accommodations per student plans and program requirements.
• Document and report testing irregularities or incidents per procedures.
• Verify that permitted materials are used appropriately.
• Attend required training sessions and reviews.
• Perform other testing-related duties as assigned.
• Assistant Proctors support in exam rooms as needed.
• Attend required training sessions and review testing materials prior to assignments.
• Testing schedule across the district; assignments may occur during school hours, evenings, or weekends.
