Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware for PCB production. You will review designs for testability and support manufacturing through failure analysis and debugging of test equipment.

You will generate data-driven reports, ensure procedures meet ISO and QS standards, and train production staff on new testing methods. The role combines engineering leadership with hands-on testing on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent.
• Experience with testing electronics and interpreting test results.
• Ability to design and validate test procedures for PCB production.
• Familiarity with ISO and QS development standards.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Prepare documentation of testing procedures from design through initial production.
• Generate reports and analyses of test data for engineering and management.
• Train production testing staff on new procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and equipment.
• Coordinate engineering activities for test setup and data collection.
