Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired.
• 4+ years hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#).
• Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA team and promote QA best practices.
• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, shared services, and product managers to define automated testing components.
• Develop using Java and execute automated tests on Web Front end and microservice architecture.
• Run validations across DB, rules, logging, reporting, and UI.
• Assist with Scrum team estimation of stories and CI effort.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork in the Agile lifecycle.
