Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking a Teller Supervisor to oversee daily teller operations, staff development and scheduling. You will balance the cash vault, supervise training, and ensure compliance with procedures, including Reg. CC training, while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and coordinating with management on staffing decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years teller experience preferred, or prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Web Teller and check imaging software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller activities, staff development, training and scheduling.
• Maintain records of vault and teller cash balances and daily teller activities.
• Balance cash vault daily (dual control) and maintain related reports.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Oversee ATM balancing, proof processing, and currency/coin handling.
• Ensure teller compliance with procedures, policies and regulatory training.
• Hire, discipline, promote, transfer and terminate teller staff as necessary.
• Communicate teller activities to management and ensure training completion.
