Job summary

The Bank of Elk River is seeking a Head Teller to lead a teller team, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves balancing vaults, assisting with complex transactions, and guiding tellers toward success in a busy branch environment.

You will cross-sell bank products, uphold branch operations, and participate in leadership duties while maintaining attendance and a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3+ years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance vault, order cash from the Federal Reserve, prepare currency/coin for shipment, count coin and service ATM, monitor balancing of cash drawers and complete quarterly audits of cash drawers and vault.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Meet balancing standards and follow cash counting rules.
• Educate customers on basic banking products and cross-sell services including referrals.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
