Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller I to guide daily teller operations and coach teammates in a busy branch. You will model excellent member service, resolve account concerns with discretion, and provide leadership support when management isn’t available.

In this role you will balance accuracy with service, reinforce standards, and help the team adhere to policy and security procedures while contributing to branch goals and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of teller or branch operations experience in financial services.
• Supervisory experience or mentoring preferred.
• Sales experience, especially in a service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day teller experience by supporting teammates and upholding service standards.
• Ensure accurate teller operations, balancing, cash handling, vault cash, and related controls.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve branch goals and consistent member service.
• Support branch management with policy training, team development conversations, and operational updates.
