Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller I to oversee day-to-day teller operations, coach teammates, and uphold service standards. You will model accuracy, confidentiality, and strong member service while supporting branch goals.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will balance cash processes, resolve member concerns, and help implement policies. A background in teller or branch operations and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of standard financial services concepts, practices, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills for member, team, and leadership interactions.
• Ability to resolve member complaints, coach others, and support consistent member service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller day-to-day experiences by supporting team members, reinforcing service standards, and ensuring accurate cashiering and branch cash controls.
• Serve as a role model for excellent member service, address member concerns with care and confidentiality, and provide leadership support when management isn’t available.
• Collaborate with branch management on policy training, team development conversations, and coaching to meet branch goals.
