Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller I to supervise daily teller operations and coach teammates to deliver consistent, accurate member experiences. You’ll model excellent service and support leadership when management isn’t available.

In this hands-on role you’ll help balance transactions, uphold cash control standards, and ensure policy compliance while guiding staff through training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years teller or branch operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience or experience mentoring team members.
• Previous sales experience, especially in a service focused environment.
• An associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and encourage team members to achieve branch goals and strong member service.
• Support accurate teller operations, including balancing standards, cash audits, vault cash, and related controls.
• Ensure adherence to Credit Union policies, security procedures, check hold standards, and identification procedures.
• Collaborate with branch management and assist with policy training and staff development.
• Step in to serve members when the branch needs additional support.
