As a hands-on leader you will balance cash controls, support policy updates, and help the branch meet goals while keeping operations organized and compliant. This full-time role offers growth and a dedicated team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years teller or branch operations experience in the financial services industry.
• Previous supervisory experience or experience mentoring team members.
• Previous sales experience, especially in a service focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day teller experience by supporting team members and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage tellers to meet branch goals and service standards.
• Balance cash, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Collaborate with branch management and trainer staff on policy updates and development discussions.
