Qualifications

• 2+ years of teller or branch operations experience.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Comfort leading by example and coaching.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of Credit Union processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day teller experiences and support team.
• Balance standards, cash audits, vault cash, night depository.
• Ensure policies, security procedures, check holds, identifications.
• Collaborate with management and train staff on new policies.
• Support members with service issues and confidentiality.
• Serve as role model for member service.
