Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for the Minden, NV branch. You will provide full-service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers.

Role requires 2+ years in a retail banking setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to refer clients to other bank products. Competitive benefits apply, and hours are Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of universal/personal banking experience or similar retail banking role.
• Strong knowledge of retail products, services, and consumer lending basics.
• Proven ability to handle cash transactions and customer inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking with focus on sales and service for new and existing customers.
• Resolve client concerns directly or by referral to the appropriate bank area.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services including lending.
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Open/update accounts, originate/close consumer or small business loans as needed.
• Ensure exceptional service and smooth daily banking operations.
