Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teller experience with proficiency in Teller II responsibilities.
• Leadership and mentoring experience within a branch environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-sell banking products to support growth and retention.
• Provide leadership support during peak periods and schedule daily teller coverage.
• Conduct audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new tellers and update teller manuals and policies.
• Assist customers with complex online banking issues and security concerns.
• Assist with cash shipments and vault operations.
• Support audit readiness and call-queue coaching.
