• Two years teller or member service experience minimum; leadership preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented; detail focused.

• Strong cash handling and balancing skills; confidentiality is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital banking systems; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Process diverse financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Open and maintain accounts; assist with changes and titling; promote services.
• Lead Teller and MSR duties: train, coach, and provide coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
