Job summary

The Lead Teller will manage day-to-day teller duties, scheduling, and branch compliance, while supporting onboarding and training of new tellers. Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience is required.
• 3+ years client relationship skills required.
• 3+ years cash handling experience required.
• Windows-based PC operations knowledge required.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong client experience and service in the branch.
• Coach tellers to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Recognize financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker.
• Manage teller line scheduling and branch operational standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training new tellers.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Follow KeyBank policies and procedures.
